| Our experience(s) with Junell have been nothing less than spectacular. We started off by asking Junell to assist us in selling our home, first just the simple questions, thoughts and ideas. Followed by difficult, sometimes painful one and some questions that were on more of a personal level even. All of questions, concerns and ideas were met with an honest and very positive attitude. She has the knowledge to handle every situation thrown at her and does so with the utmost respect for everyone involved in the process. Junell made the process of selling our home so easy that all I can remember is signing my name at the closing because she took care of everything else and made it all so easy . She was always available to answer any questions, whether it was documents needed or what she could do to help us at that. She was available by phone or email at all hours. There were times when I thought to myself “does this girl sleep”…….. she is always looking for a way to help. The personal level she takes when helping customers is hard to find. She genuinely cares about the people she is working for and shows that during the entire process. Like I said above she helped us sell our house and was very instrumental in helping us find another home, which now is a plot of land and we will be building. Which brings me to my next point of how impressive Junell is on so many levels. She searched and searched for us to find a home that fit our needs, went to every showing with us, discussed whether it fit our needs and what the possibilities could. We decided on getting land and building but only after we considered every point and idea that Junell gave to us. When we got to that part of the pre building process she gave us step by step instructions on what to do and who to contact. She went as far as making most of the contacts herself and sending us the information. This helped us immensely, especially while trying to work all day, take care of 2 kids and live with relatives……. She took a ton of pressure off of us and put it on her shoulders without hesitation and was truly happy to do it. My wife and family owe Junell an enormous debt of gratitude for everything she has done for us and is continuing to do with our new construction. We couldn’t have done any of this without her and would recommend her services to anyone that wants to buy or sell. She will make the process fluid and will handle every obstacle professionally and with a personal touch that is hard to find in any business. Thanks for everything!! | May 1, 2013 My name is Donna Stoliker and I have had the privilege and honor of knowing Junell for the past ten years. We actually began working together on the same day for the same office.
Junell’s work ethic is commendable. I have never known anyone who was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that something gets done and gets done correctly. She doesn’t believe in short-cuts and she doesn’t take on a job she can’t finish. This means, if you contract with Junell to help you with your home buying or selling experience, she will see you through.
Her experience is vast. She knows real estate from all aspects, not just as someone showing a house to collect a paycheck. When we worked together, it was her job to work with the attorneys, tax offices, appraisers and banks to ensure that information was gathered, deadlines were met and keys exchanged hands. She knows how financing works and assisted many of the clients in securing mortgages while she worked for both an attorney and a funding corporation. Junell has made and kept friends in every aspect of the business, it is her nature to help everyone she comes in contact with. Her “contacts” are many.
She knows the value of time and real estate. Before Junell takes on your account, she will most likely have already done her “homework” to know the property’s worth, assessment, taxes and expenses in an effort to not waste a moment of your time.
Junell is one of the most hardworking, helpful, professional people I know and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home or parcel of property. I can attest that she will not only be a great co-worker for you, but she will end up being your friend.
