I was born, raised and remain living in Montgomery County, New York. I am a Licensed Real Estate Saleperson with Keller Williams Realty Capital District. As a real estate professional, I have the necessary knowledge of the real estate market, including but NOT limited to, properities located in Montgomery, Fulton, Schoharie, Schenectady, Albany and Saratoga County. I have an Associates degree in Paralegal studies. I am also a Licensed New York State Notary Public and I have my OSHA 30 hour certification. I love animals. I have 2 dogs that are really my children and I have 2 horses that I love to take for a ride when time permits. I am very active and love to be outside.
I have 15 years of real estate experience and specilized in real estate legal matters through the years as a real estate Paralegal for both residential and commerical properties. Eventually, I decided to switch rolls to assist buyers and sellers at the start of their transaction as a Real Estate Salesperson. I truly enjoy being in the business to help people fullfill their dream of homeownership and/or to assist with a life change either by choice or circumstance. I also have full knowledge of what makes a deal successful. It starts with a great Realtor, but it is important that a client also chooses a great mortgage broker for their financing needs and a real estate attorney to protect them legally, until a successful closing takes place.
